Riyadh: Liwan Investment Fund is a SAR 312 million, Shariah-compliant, closed-end real estate fund that was launched with the aim of developing a mixed-use residential and commercial complex in the Al Mohammadiya district of Riyadh. The fund has appointed Liwan Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Tatweer Group, as the developer and secured SAR 200 million debt financing from Riyadh Bank to finance the acquisition and development of land.
