TORONTO, July 26 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) today announced investment fund net sales and net assets for June 2022.

Mutual fund assets totaled $1.788 trillion at the end of June 2022. Assets decreased $107.0 billion or 5.6% from May 2022. Mutual funds recorded net redemptions of $10.4 billion in June 2022.

ETF assets totaled $288.9 billion at the end of June 2022. Assets decreased $22.0 billion or 7.1% from May 2022. ETFs experienced net redemptions of 0 .7 billion in June 2022.
